Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We take pride in providing high-quality custom 3D printing, laser engraving, and sublimation products. Please carefully read our refund and return policy before making a purchase.

1. Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom orders (including 3D printing, laser engraving, and sublimation) are non-refundable. This includes any items that have been customized with your design, logo, or specific requests. However, if there is an issue with the product (such as a defect or incorrect item), please see the section on Damaged or Incorrect Items below.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We strive for perfection in every order, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will gladly assist with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. You may be asked to provide:

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • A description of the issue
  • Order number or proof of purchase

If we confirm that the issue is our fault, we will cover return shipping costs. If the item is found to be correct or undamaged, you may be responsible for return shipping.

3. Returns (Non-Custom Orders)

For non-custom items, we offer returns within 14 days of purchase. The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging. Please contact us before returning any item to receive instructions on the return process.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect items).

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or design, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are allowed if the item is in unused, original condition. You will be responsible for any additional shipping fees for the exchange.

5. Cancellations

Orders for custom 3D prints, laser engravings, or sublimation products are generally processed promptly to ensure quick turnaround times. Therefore, we can only accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order is already in production, and we cannot process cancellations.

For non-custom items, cancellations can be requested at any time before the order is shipped.

6. Refund Processing Time

Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
