Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom orders (including 3D printing, laser engraving, and sublimation) are non-refundable. This includes any items that have been customized with your design, logo, or specific requests. However, if there is an issue with the product (such as a defect or incorrect item), please see the section on Damaged or Incorrect Items<\/strong> below.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n We strive for perfection in every order, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days<\/strong> of receiving the product. We will gladly assist with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. You may be asked to provide:<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n If we confirm that the issue is our fault, we will cover return shipping costs. If the item is found to be correct or undamaged, you may be responsible for return shipping.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n For non-custom items, we offer returns within 14 days<\/strong> of purchase. The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging. Please contact us before returning any item to receive instructions on the return process.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or design, please contact us within 14 days<\/strong> of receiving your order. Exchanges are allowed if the item is in unused, original condition. You will be responsible for any additional shipping fees for the exchange.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n Orders for custom 3D prints, laser engravings, or sublimation products are generally processed promptly to ensure quick turnaround times. Therefore, we can only accept cancellations within 24 hours<\/strong> of placing the order. After this period, the order is already in production, and we cannot process cancellations.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n For non-custom items, cancellations can be requested at any time before the order is shipped.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 5-7 business days<\/strong>.
